Joined the company in November 2022
Hello. I am a new accountant for Inabata Europe. I was born in a small country called Jordan.
Jordan is famous for the ruins of Petra, one of the seven wonders of the world, as well as for the Wadi Rum desert, which looks like Mars.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking and traveling. I also like taking on new challenges. I speak Arabic and English and study Spanish and German. After graduating from university, I worked as an accountant for two years, and then I finished graduate school in Germany before joining Inabata Europe.
In the latter half of 2022, Inabata Europe GmbH experienced changes in staff members. Several members left the company to take on new challenges at other locations, and four new members joined the company to start an exciting journey. Dong Qianli, Nils Kaufmann, and Dennis Bertram joined the Sales Department, and I (Rania Altamimi) joined the Accounting Department.
In November 2022, our company planned a two-day team-building trip to help us get acquainted. The destination was Den Haag, the third-largest city in the Netherlands. On the first day, we had a sales meeting where each member of the Sales Department presented an overview of the products they were in charge of and their targets. At the dinner party, we enjoyed delicious food and drinks and really hit it off with each other.
On the second day, we were given the choice to participate in one of three activities: a tour of the Port of Rotterdam, sightseeing in Den Haag, or indoor skiing at Snow World. Dennis chose the port tour, while Dong, Nils, and I chose skiing. Nils and I were beginners, so General Managers Daisuke Kobayashi, Akihisa Ishikawa, and Sadik Sahin of the Sales Department taught us step by step until we were able to ski on our own. Their support and patience made this trip special and one that won’t be forgotten.

Sales Department
Joined the company in September 2022
Hello, everyone.
I handle various businesses in the Sales Department, and my primary focus is on battery materials.I joined the company because I believe that I can grow here. I would like to see different industries and broaden my perspective in this great trading company.
During my free time, I often play badminton. I also like cooking and playing video games.

Welcome Party
On November 22, 2022, a welcome party for new members was held at the Inabata Europe office. At the party, Sales Manager Sadick Sahin of the Sales Department prepared traditional dishes from his homeland, Turkey, which were very delicious.
President Kenichi Oba and Sales Senior Manager Akihisa Ishikawa, Kazuto Oishi, and Sadik Sahin expressed their gratitude to employees and talked about future prospects. As it was a welcome party for new members, Rania, Dennis, Nils, and I (Dong) gave a speech at the end of the party. In addition, Nadine Gessner and Thilo Boewer, who were going to quit soon, gave a farewell speech. After that, we went to a nearby karaoke shop for the after-party.

Sales Department
Joined the company in October 2022
As a member of the Sales Department, I support businesses of plastics and decorative foils.
Inabata & Co. gave me, a fresh college graduate, an opportunity to acquire new skills and learn about new businesses. I have learned a lot through business trips, meetings with our customers, and exhibitions. I would like to grow further.
In my free time, I enjoy sports (bouldering, hiking, and going to the gym), spending time with my friends, and reading books.
New Year’s Party
On January 13, 2023, Inabata Europe held a New Year’s party. One of my colleagues, Dong, prepared Chinese dishes for the party. It was also a welcome party for Rumi Nara, who had recently joined the Accounting Department. Although it was a relatively small party, we were able to strengthen our bonds and have a good time together. After the meal, almost all members joined in for karaoke. Like our team-building trip in Den Haag, we fostered team spirit.
Inabata Europe is a company that values its employees. We put our efforts into creating a climate where employees help each other regardless of their titles or departments, such as managerial positions, sales, logistics, and accounting. I am looking forward to seeing the company grow and develop in 2023.

Joined the company in October 2022
I am the youngest member of the Sales Department. I am in charge of businesses related to mask blanks and displays.
My job here is interesting and fulfilling, as it gives me opportunities to grow and learn new knowledge and skills every day.
In my free time, I enjoy studying Japanese, going out with my friends, and playing the bass guitar.
