Inabata Group has declared its support for the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), established in 2015 at the request of the G20. With the recognition that climate change will significantly impact financial markets, the final report (TCFD Recommendations) released in 2017 calls for companies and others to disclose information on risks and opportunities associated with climate change.

Following the endorsement, Inabata Group will assess its climate-related risks and opportunities using scenarios of rising global temperatures and enhance the information disclosure in line with the areas designated by the TCFD–governance, strategy, risk management, and metrics and targets. Information disclosure based on TCFD recommendations will be published annually.
