Celebrated the Retirement of Florence

At the end of December 2022, we celebrated the retirement of Florence, who joined Inabata Singapore in 1979, three years after its establishment (1976). Getting Dirty During a Harvest Experience!

The Hiking Club took a trip to Kawasaki, Saitama Prefecture to harvest sweet potatoes. We all walked to the farm from the station together and had fun harvesting sweet potatoes and daikon radish.(Yuki Kuriyama, Plastics Division I)

We’re Ready to Dance

The end-of-year party is an important event for reviewing the year’s achievements, strengthening the relationships of the company and employees, and creating a feeling of solidarity for the next year.On January 6, 2023, the employees showed the results of their song and dance practices over the past few weeks. The commitment of all members to their performances brought everyone closer together and strengthened the bonds between employees.

First Annual Dinner in Three Years

There was a two-year break from recreational activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic. On January 1, 2023, which was close to Vietnam’s longest holiday weekend, we held an end-of-year party at the Ho Chi Minh Branch to celebrate everyone’s contributions over the past year.

In attendance were 21 employees from the Ho Chi Minh Branch and 3 guests from the Hanoi office. We began with speeches from Branch Manager Kentaro Isa and President Kazuyuki Oguchi, and then we held a meeting for the management team and employees to exchange ideas in preparation for next year’s goals to improve the work environment and to level up our work.

In addition to preparing thank you gifts for each employee, we also held a lucky draw* in which prizes were given to members of the sales team, customer service staff, accounting staff, and GA staff, giving rise to lots of excitement.

Finally, all employees talked about their future aspirations. I look forward to continuing to work with everyone at Inabata Vietnam.
