Matters to be observed
in using internal Inaho website
The internal Inaho website (the “Website”) is intended to facilitate smooth communication among the employees of Inabata & Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), and is available to people working for the Company only. The Website may be used by the officers, employees, and contract employees of the Company and the employees of its group companies who have an inabata.com account (the “Users”). The Website is operated by the Corporate Communications Department of the General Affairs Office (the “Administrator”) in accordance with the details of these matters to be observed. Each User must use the Website with full understanding of the details of these matters to be observed. When a User makes a post or otherwise behaves on the Website, the User is deemed to have agreed to the details of these matters to be observed.

1. Handling of personal information
The Administrator shall handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the rule on Handling of Personal Information of the Company.

2. Copyright-related matters to be attended to
The copyright and other intellectual property rights, right to use, and other rights in and to each of the contents (all information including works, portraits, and characters), on the Website are retained by the Company or its contractor(s) or other partner(s). No User may reproduce, translate, lend, or reprint any of them without permission beyond the extent permitted by Japan’s Copyright Act.
When a User makes a post, the User shall be deemed to have granted to the Administrator the right to freely use the post, as of the timing of the post, and to have agreed not to exercise the relevant copyright and other rights including the moral rights of the author.

3. Manners and rules in posting
Each User must keep in mind the below matters in posting a comment or other content.
・Attend closely to, and do not criticize without careful consideration, the statements of other UsersUsers must be fully careful about what they state and use the Website with respect for others.
・Do not disseminate personal information without permissionUsers must be fully careful when handling their or any other User’s personal information. When a User posts a photo or video, the User must obtain the consent of each person in it. In no circumstance may the User write the person’s address, date of birth, private cellular number, or e-mail address even if the person gives consent. If the User does so, such act could result in an unexpected trouble.
・Pay attention to copyrightsNo User may post without permission an image or data obtained on the internet, a photo taken by another person, or any other content the copyright of which is not held by the User. If the User is unsure, the User must inquire of, and confirm with, the Administrator.
・Do not impersonateThe Administrator can identify who posted what. No User may impersonate to make a post.
・Abide by internal rules and other rulesEach User must make sure not to post information on business partners or insider information. Each User must abide by applicable company policies, rules, procedures, guidelines and instructions on handling of information acquired or learned in the course of your work at the company such as confidentiality, cyber security, and privacy and use the Website appropriately.
・Report problemsWhen a User finds an inappropriate post (a post that deviates from these matters to be observed, a post that could cause inconvenience to a relevant person or entity, or the like), the User must promptly report it through the “Inquiries to Corporate Communications Department.” Inappropriate posts may be deleted by the Administrator without prior notice.
Neither the Company nor the Administrator shall have any responsibility for the trouble arising from the use of the Website or any behavior on the Website.
